Here we go!

Well hello there!

I've never been what I would call a natural writer but I wanted a place to put down my experiences, photos and ongoing antics of photography life instead of just posting on socials.

There's so much more to being a photographer than simply taking images, editing and posting. Behind the lens is a personality who wants to connect with you to ensure that you get the best experience.

What I hope to achieve with this blog is to

offer you a realistic view of the highs (hopefully more of these) and lows of being self-employed, and how amazing it is to do a job that allows you to meet so many new people.

Of course, I will showcase my work and offer tips and tricks for any shoots you may attend, but mostly I want to use this so you get to know me. I'll post about my travels, experiences and any desires I have for where my work will take me.

Essentially, I'm going to talk, a lot.

Being my own biggest critic can make it hard for me to sell myself (not an ideal skill when a freelancer), so I am taking to the keyboard to show you my best side - the moments I capture.
